Telephotography: FotoFocus Symposium Film Program
The Garfield Theatre
April 10, 2:00pm - 6:00pm
Beginning at 2pm, the Telephotography: FotoFocus Symposium Film Program will include film shorts from Latin America, a panel discussion, and a special feature film, The Leading Actor (El actor principal). This program presents the diversity of Latin American cultures while examining the ways in which media—and photographic imagery in particular—creates and distorts understanding of foreign cultures. The program will be held in-person at The Garfield Theatre and is free and open to the public.
