The 2026 Biennial Opening Program (September 30–October 3) featured a series of events, including Daniel Immerwahr’s keynote lecture, artist talks, curator tours, and receptions. This programming explored the theme of the Biennial, The Long View, as they considered aspects of time and perspective in photography and film, and how these mediums shape our understanding of the world.
