2024 FotoFocus Biennial

2024 FotoFocus Biennial Participating Venue Open Call Opportunities

There are 15 open call opportunities for artists in the 2024 FotoFocus Biennial: backstories through Participating Venues. All active calls are listed here.

Clifton Cultural Arts Center
Deadline: June 30, 2024
Clifton Cultural Arts Center presents Generations, an open-call photography exhibition that investigates the polyvalent ways in which generations are both markers of time and also vessels that carry the currents of social ideas and cultural shifts. Visit their website to apply and learn more.

Pyramid Hill Sculpture Park and Museum
Stories of the Land
Deadline: May 3, 2024
For this exhibition, Pyramid Hill Sculpture Park and Museum asks artists to submit a lens-based work that interrogates the many stories that emerge on the land on which we all live. Visit the application portal to apply and learn more.

FotoFocus is not organizing these open calls—they are curated and operated by the venues.

The FotoFocus Insighters program is dedicated to providing opportunities for students to experience photography and lens-based art on campus and in the community throughout the school year. Students of all concentrations with an interest in photography are encouraged to register for this free program. Email ninap@fotofocus.org to learn more about how to become an Insighter.

Volunteer opportunities will be announced for 2024 FotoFocus Biennial in the Summer.
